This privacy policy applies to the Aarvicasting app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Aarvicasting (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
For account creation and login, the Application uses Firebase Authentication and may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including:
- Name
- Email address
- Password (secured via Firebase Authentication, not accessible in plain text)
The Service Provider does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time with important information and required notices.
Third Party Access
The Application shares limited information with trusted third-party services for authentication purposes. These services have their own privacy policies:
Disclosure of Information
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided Information:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
- when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, your safety, or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the application marketplace.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data until you choose to delete your account. You can delete your account and associated data directly within the Application at any time. Once deleted, all authentication data (name, email, password) is permanently removed from Firebase Authentication. The Service Provider does not keep a copy.
Children’s Privacy
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the parent or guardian should delete the account and related data directly from the application.
Security
The Service Provider values your trust in providing personal information and is committed to protecting it. Passwords and authentication are handled securely by Firebase Authentication, which uses industry-standard security practices. The Service Provider implements physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information processed and maintained.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly, as continued use of the Application is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy, now and as amended by the Service Provider.
